- Ausgetretenes Wasser auf Küchen- und Badezimmerböden ist unmittelbar aufzuwischen um Folgeschäden zu vermeiden.
- Das Rauchen ist im gesamten Haus verboten; insbesondere das Rauchen in den Wohnungen – auch bei offenem Fenster: Nikotingeruch haftet an Tapeten und Mobiliar und muss dann, auf Kosten des Mieters, erneuert werden.
- Für die allgemeine Sauberkeit, die Umwelt und Ihre eigene Gesundheit ist darauf zu achten den Müll nach der entsprechenden
- Verordnung zu trennen und zu entsorgen

House rule
- Spilled Water on kitchen- and bathroomfloors are immediately to mop up, in order to avoid consequential damage.
- Smoking is prohibited throughout the house; especially smoking in the apartments – even when the window is open: Nicotinesmell sticks to wallpaper and furniture and must then be renewed, at the expense of the tenant.
- For the general cleanliness, the environment and your own health take care to separate and dispose of the garbage according to the relevant regulation and to take out the containers on the appropriate days for disposal.

- green bin – garden waste, vegetables, fruit (just Organic)
